Established in 1993, AQUA Leisure Safety & Training Services’ Principal Consultant, Andrew Ebben, is able to provide a range of training and health and safety services with a particular emphasis on the leisure and early years education industries. Andrew is supported by a select group of Associate Consultants, all of whom are able to draw on a number of specialisms that enhance the Company’s diverse services. TRAINING We can offer a variety of bespoke training courses designed specifically to meet your needs or a number of ‘off-the-shelf’ courses in conjunction with Awarding and National Governing Bodies including CIEH, RLSS UK, LTAS Ltd and including Workplace Safety and Health, Early Years and Childcare, First Aid and aquatic rescue for staff working in pools, spas and hotels and at facilities with areas of open water. CONSULTANCY SERVICES Our more specialist services include accident investigation for the aquatic leisure industry, expert witness support, health and safety inspections and audits, risk assessment and safety procedures development. Using AQUA Leisure Safety for support with specific projects can give you and your staff time to concentrate on day-to-day tasks without the worry and distractions of any particular project. We can focus on individual or a small number of specific tasks, taking an independent view of the project. In many cases, we can identify issues that are important to the development and success of the organisation but you need to remember that as our advice is impartial, it will be the result of our own observations and will not be structured or biased towards any particular internal objective.
